Fertile Future is a national support group that provides fertility preservation information and support services to Canadian cancer patients facing medical treatment that may affect their fertility. This support group also provides services and information for families and health care professionals working with people who are faced with infertility. Fertile Future is currently developing a database that will enable people to search for fertility organizations, their location (e.g., by province or territory), and the services they offer.
