Sweating without a particular reason is not a symptom I can readily relate back to the heart. However, I think under some circumstances, excessive sweating may indeed be related to the heart.
For instance, if the heart attacks have caused considerable weakening of the heart muscle strength, then it is possible that even light activity can be associated with excessive sweating. Similarly, this may also be the case if there is a serious narrowing of the arteries causing poor blood flow (angina). Either way, treatment is directed to the underlying heart condition.
